Ingredients


Tofu, 1 pack

Onion, thinly sliced, 1 /2 pc

Green onion, thinly sliced, 1 /2 cup

Cooking oil, 1 /2 tbsp

For the sauce:

Water, 1 /4 cup

Soy sauce, 4 tbsp

Korean chili flakes (gochugaru), 2 tbsp

Oyster sauce, 1 /2 tbsp

Minced garlic, 1 tbsp

Sugar, 1 tbsp

Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp

Sesame oil, 1 tbsp

Preparation


Step 1

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 3

Heat cooking oil and perilla oil in a pan. Sear tofu on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Pour in the sauce, then add onion and green onion on top.

Step 5

Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce reduces slightly.
