Ingredients


Carrots, 1 /4 pc

Bell pepper, 1 /4 pc

Wood ear mushroom, 4 oz

Onion, 1 /4 pc

Green onion, 1 bunch

Bulgogi, 6 oz

Garlic, 1 tbsp

Sugar, 5 tbsp

Soy sauce, 10 tbsp

Glass noodles, 6 oz

Shiitake mushrooms, 5 pcs

Sesame oil, 1 tbsp

Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp

Preparation


Step 1

Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Slice carrots, bell peppers, onion, green onion, and mushrooms into thin strips.

Step 3

Stir-fry bulgogi until cooked and set aside.

Step 4

Stir-fry carrots, bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms until slightly softened.

Step 5

Cook the glass noodles in boiling water, then drain.

Step 6

In a large bowl, add the drained noodles, cooked bulgogi, and veggies.

Step 7

Add the sauce (garlic, soy sauce, and sugar) and mix everything together

Step 8

Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
