Ingredients


Cooked rice<span>1 pack<span>

Seasoned edible mountain greens, 2 tbsp

Stir-fried balloon flower root (doraji), 2 tbsp

Seasoned sweet potato sprouts, 2 tbsp

Gondeule herb (seasoned), 2 tbsp

Seasoned radish slices, 2 tbsp

Seasoned lotus root, 2 tbsp

Egg (fried), 1 pc

Bibimbap Sauce:

Gochujang, 2 tbsp

Soy sauce, 2 tbsp

Sugar, 2 tbsp

Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp

Sesame oil, 1 tbsp

Vinegar, 1 tbsp

Preparation


Step 1

Heat the cooked rice and place it in a serving bowl.

Step 2

Arrange the seasoned mountain vegetables evenly over the rice.

Step 3

Top with a fried egg.

Step 4

Make the sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and vinegar until well combined in a bowl.

Step 5

Pour the bibimbap sauce over the bowl before serving.

Step 6

Mix thoroughly before eating.
