Ingredients
Kimchi, 2 cups
Korean pancake mix, 1 cup
Water, 2 /3 cup
Kimchi juice, 1 /3 cup
Garlic (minced), 1 tbsp
Onion (diced), 1 /4 pc
Preparation
Step 1
Place kimchi in a bowl and cut into small pieces using kitchen scissors.
Step 2
Mince garlic and dice onion.
Step 3
Add pancake mix, kimchi juice, minced garlic, onion, and water to the bowl. Mix until combined.
Step 4
Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Pour the batter and spread evenly.
Step 5
Cook until golden and crispy on one side, then flip and cook the other side until fully cooked.
