Ingredients


Somyeon (thin wheat noodles), 1 serving

Perilla leaves (thinly sliced), 5 pcs

Gochujang, 2 tbsp

Korean chili flakes, 2 tbsp

Vinegar, 4 tbsp

Sugar, 3 tbsp

Garlic (minced), 1 tbsp

Soy sauce, 2 tbsp

Sesame oil, 1.5 tbsp

Sesame seeds (a little)

Egg, 1 pc

Preparation


Step 1

Thinly slice the perilla leaves.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix gochujang, chili flakes, vinegar, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the sauce.

Step 3

Cook somyeon noodles and egg. Rinse noodles under cold water and drain well. Cool the egg and peel.

Step 4

Mix the noodles with the sauce.

Step 5

Place noodles in a bowl, top with sliced perilla leaves and halved boiled egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
